- Class is 1 hr long
- Aerobics on skates
- Strengthening exercises
- Work out and stretch out
- Wear comfortable clothing, sometimes there may be a
few things to do off skates, so bring tennis
shoes
- Not intended as a learn to skate class
- Arrive 15 min early to sign up
- Occasionally we may have to meet from 5:30 to 6:30
when the rink has a private party or special
session
